A total of 6 content calls that will take place bi-weekly on Tuesdays. Each call will take a deep dive into a specific touchpoint of an exceptional client experience. All calls will be recorded and will have plenty of time for Q&A. "Off-weeks" will be focused on implementation of touchpoint elements.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Each call will allow a member of the mastermind to be in the "hot seat" for an opportunity to ask questions and get feedback from Cheyenne and all members of the group.
Each member will have unlimited email and Marco Polo access to Cheyenne. This includes answering questions, reviewing content, troubleshooting issues, etc.
Members will be added into an online community for on-going support, encouragement and butt kicking when needed. :) Trust me, these business women will help you achieve your goals 10x faster than if you did it alone!
At the end of the mastermind, members will have the ability to submit all elements of their client experiences to Cheyenne for review and to provide feedback from the lens of a client.

We'll be doing a deep dive into having a system for what to do from the moment a potential client inquires through the entire onboarding experience. We're going to build things out in such a way that your new clients will feel welcomed, cared for and excited about working with you from the get-go!

This touchpoint is a big one to nail if you want to guarantee raving fans of your business. We'll be building out a unique engagement session experience that will leave your clients confident and beyond excited about their wedding day photography.

Let's implement processes that will help you stay connected to your clients through those "in-between" periods of your client experience. We'll also be hammering out the details of your entire pre-booking touchpoint to ensure you are set up for a seamless wedding day experience.

PRE-BOOKING
We'll be talking a lot about and planning for how you will serve your clients so well on wedding day that they are raving before they even see so much as one preview! I'm serious. We'll also be creating your post-wedding touchpoint and figuring out all of the details that will help you get to the end point.

We'll finish strong by rounding out your unique client experience with how to best "off-board" your wedding clients. This is an important step to the overall process that should not be neglected!

The Mastermind is 12 weeks long, with calls every other week. The calls will typically be 90-120 minutes on Tuesday afternoons and are recorded in case you miss one.
